Tiruvannamalai also named as Thiruvannamalai is the world renowned temple town located in west side of Tamil Nadu in southern India, which is synonym to deepam (fire). Here, the Lord Shiva (Arunachaleswar) is worshipped in the form of big fire.


The city is located around 180 Kilometers from Chennai (formerly called Madras)Which is the nearest airport (check the flight booking) and 80 kilometers from Vellore (Vellore Fort).
